This past Sunday, Africa’s richest man and Chairman of Dangote Groups Dr Aliko Dangote commissioned a 1 Billion dollars Cement factory in Okpella, Edo State Nigeria.
The occasion was attended by many Dignitaries, including the Governor of Edo State Comrade Adams Oshiomhole and his wife Lara, and also APC Governorship Aspirant, Godwin Obaseki.
